About the event

Looking to relax and have fun at the end of term? Bring your friends, and join us for Brunch on the lawns. 

Enjoy a laid-back morning in the sun (we hope!). There will also be a few lawn games to take part in, a perfect way to destress from exams. 

What is the key accessibility information?

This event takes place in the Italian Gardens, Penryn Campus. There are accessible toilets nearby in the Sports Centre or SU Building, so please chat to one of our team if you're not sure where this is. It may be busy at the event. There won't be loud noises at the event, but it may be noisy travelling to or from the event. Your nearest quiet space is the Multifaith Chaplaincy.

Who is running the event?

This event is being run by The SU. Our Meet the Team page includes information about every member of The SU team.

If you need a buddy to support you with arriving at the event, please email The SU on info@thesu.org.uk and we will work out what we can arrange to help. This might be someone meeting you before the event start time or simply talking you through more details of what to expect. We want to help you access our events so let us know what you need.

Where is the event taking place?

The event is taking place at the Italian Garden, Penryn Campus.

What should I expect?

This event will be outdoors (but moved inside if the weather is bad) and there may be lots of people moving around. We have plans in place for if the space becomes too busy.

There will be a member of staff present to support the event and answer your questions. There will be photography and videography at this event that will be used for SU marketing, please speak to the member of staff if you don’t want your photo taken.

This event is only for students of Falmouth University and the University of Exeter Cornwall Campus.

If you need a quiet space to get away from the event, the nearest space would be the Students’ Union, Multifaith Chaplaincy, Library Retreat Room.
