Sea Swimming

The Sea Swimming Club meets every Sunday at 1pm on Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth, to go for a swim.

The Sea Swimming Club meets every Sunday at 1pm on Gyllyngvase Beach, Falmouth, to go for a swim. The health benefits of sea swimming are numerous, but the greatest claim by members is its ability to cure any hangover!

All abilities are welcome – if you just fancy a dip in the shallows or want a more intense swim then this club is for you. Wetsuit or no wetsuit, everyone is welcome! We swim all year round but it’s made up for in the colder months with a hot chocolate or a pint after our swim to warm up. If that wasn’t enough, at the end of the year, we go on tour either in Cornwall or North Devon!
