Gymnastics is one of the most diverse and fun sports out there, and if you think it's all just twirling ribbons and hairspray then you'd be wrong! If you have ever wanted a high adrenaline sport that allows you to swing on a bar, somersault through the air, or balance on a beam then this is for you! Our sessions will provide you with a workout that will help develop your strength, improve your flexibility and teach you some great party tricks at the same time. 

 

Our sessions are open to everyone regardless of ability with sessions running on Mondays 8:30pm - 10:00pm and Wednesdays from 8:00 - 9.30 during term time at the Penryn Gymnastics Club. We recommend members keep up to date with our Instagram and join the WhatsApp Group Chats as this is where we will be posting updates and for sessions. Sessions cost £10 for members and £12 for non - members Signing up before attending sessions is compulsory so that we don't exceed number limits. 

 

We are a friendly group with everyone welcome to our sessions, please message us on Instagram or WhatsApp if you have any questions! 

 
 

We run weekly sessions (Surge Gymnastics) at Penryn Gymnastics Club on Mondays 8:30 - 10:00pm and Wednesdays 8.00 - 9.30 pm - to book these, go on the Penryn Gymnastics Club Website and book the session called Adult Session on their website. If you are a member of Surge you get a discount!
