IMPORTANT

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT IF YOU HAVE ONE! You will need a mat for the term, we would recommend buying your own or you can borrow one of ours. You can do this in our PRODUCTS tab, you will need to pay a small deposit which you will get back when you return the mat at the end of this year :) We unfortunately cannot lend mats out weekly as we don't have storage at the hall.

Please make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts.

Our classes are both open to all abilities, it's a really friendly, relaxed class and a great chance to meet like-minded people.
