Afternoon you covid-cautious runners. Tomorrow is a special - we're meeting in the foreign lands of Falmouth for a brisk 5k (or not so brisk - you set the pace) around the tip of Pendennis Point. The twist? If you're slightly wary of taking the bus (and then having to run while carrying a mask? Ain't about that life ??), we have a group leaving Glasney Lodge at 2.30pm, who will run down from Penryn to Fal. Can't say we don't spoil ya ??‍????‍????‍????‍??

Disclaimer: Running from Penryn to Falmouth will obviously make this more than a 5k. You got into uni. You can do maths. Most of yous anyway ????
