Speaker Session: Career Journey at Citi

Join Oluchi Ljeh from Citi Commercial Banking as she shares her journey from university and internships to her current role. Learn what a typical day in commercial banking sales looks like, why she chose Citi, and how the firm supports women through networks, mentorship, and inclusion.

She will also highlight Citi’s main divisions including Corporate and Investment Banking, Markets, Wealth Management, and Risk and Operations, and explain the opportunities available for students such as Spring Weeks, Summer Internships, and the Full-Time Analyst Program.

The session will conclude with her advice on applications, networking, and building confidence as a woman in finance, followed by a Q&A.
