About the event

Climate change can seem extremely overwhelming, but effective, meaningful, powerful impacts CAN be made if we better understand and use our emotions to change our mindsets and empower ourselves!

Hosted by campus staff & students, this session will make space for open conversation about eco-anxiety, and how we can combat it and use it for the better.

There will also be an opportunity to learn from a short workshop which aims to help individuals turn their climate anxiety into agency, designed around content & principals created by ‘Force of Nature’ – a C.I.C. that mobilises young people to realise their change-making potential and take on the planet's messiest problems.
