Join Jan and learn how to use the Labyrinth for meditation and stress relief, followed by tea and lovely cake!
Here Jan will take you on a short walk to the Labyrinth by Peter Lanyon - or if the weather isn't friendly you will take shelter in the warm with cups of tea and the hand labyrinth.
An excellent self-help tool for promoting mindfulness and stress relief.
